An easy, do it at home,  3 month Health Program:
This program is timetabled so you will receive each part of the program when it's time to add that part of the multi-pronged attack on your symptoms. This ensures you don't make mistakes by crossing over strategies and it also gives you the time to implement some of the changes suggested into your life without being overwhelmed by new information. It really is easy. All you do if follow the plan for each week. You will be shown how to get organised so that you can take baby steps each day!

On Day 1 you will receive:

  1. Ebooklet (20+ pages) full of information about your condition – likely causes, symptoms, outcomes. What conventional medicine may say and what you can do naturally to heal yourself.
  2. Your 8 week eating plan (80+ pages):
    1. These symptoms are often caused by food intolerance. Your plan will show you which foods to avoid and why.
    2. A full 8 week eating plan giving you a guide as to what you can eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks. Recipes are included for economical, quick to prepare meals and snacks. They can be adapted for children too.
    3. A symptoms diary to help you track changes for the better or worse.
    4. Advice on how to stick to your plan – how to substitute foods you can no longer eat for instance.
    5. How to shop for substitute foods and also healthier foods. We'll take you through the aisles of your usual supermarket to guide your choices.
  3. Supplements – which to take to kick start your new high nutrition diet and ensure your body is receiving all the help it needs to heal naturally.
  4. You'll also receive the full timetable for your 3 month Health Program so you can see what's to come.

You have a week to read through your eating plan and purchase the foods (and even supplements) you wish to start with. Your eating plan will officially start on day 7 after you've bought your Health Program.

  2. Alternative medical practitioners: learn which ones are the best ones for your condition. Now's the time to research and learn about these possibilities. You don't want to start a treatment program with any of these practitioners until you've been on your supplements for a minimum of 8 weeks. You also need to have discovered which foods trigger your symptoms. This is so that you can identify what positive impact the health professional's treatment has on your symptoms. If you start taking supplements at the same time as you start treatment with a homeopath, for instance, how will you know which option is benefiting your condition?
